The room, complete with a balcony offering a picturesque view of Tsarevets fortress, truly captured the essence of this enchanting city, especially when illuminated at night. What truly stood out to me was the hotel's attention to detail - from the friendly and courteous staff to the clean and comfortable room equipped with a kettle and fridge, every aspect contributed to a delightful stay. Despite minor noise from the main road and railway, the overall experience was exceptional.
